How Do I Lose Weight with a Vibration Machine?
In it's most basic form, the oscillating vibrations from the Vibration Machine transmit energy to the body which causes the muscles to contract and relax. Just in the same way as during normal exercise, the contraction and subsequent relaxation of the muscles burns energy. A vibration machine causes this reaction from the muscles multiple times in each second, so it doesn't take long before your whole body is tingling and warm, just as you would experience during a high intensity workout.
In traditional strength and power training, the load on the muscles is determined by the weight lifted. Optimal Settings on the Vibration Machines for Weight Loss
Setting the vibration machine In order to achieve maximum results, the individual heart rate is used as a guideline for setting the intensity of the vibration. The body begins burning fat at approximately 65% of the maximum pulse rate. While exercising, the pulse rate should generally be at 60 - 70% in the first few weeks. Within a few weeks of undertaking a routine of 3 workouts per week of 30 minutes each, the intensity can be increased to the optimal fat burning rate of 70 – 85% of your maximum pulse rate.
As a rule of thumb, the following formula is commonly used:
Maximum pulse rate: 220 minus your age in years = your individual maximum pulse rate per min
Minimum pulse rate: Max PR x 0.7 = minimum pulse rate per min
Highest pulse rate for exercising: Max PR x 0.85 = highest pulse rate per min.

Cleaning and maintenance
Vibration machine surface cleaning plug has been disconnected from the power socket. Surface and cover can be cleaned with a damp cloth then wipe with a dry cloth.
Do not use benzene, thinner, alcohol or gasoline and or any other corrosive chemicals to clean the machine, otherwise it may cause the machines paint or internal structure to corrode, crack etc. Do not get any liquid or moisture inside the machines internal cavities as this could cause corrosion and or the machine to short circuit.
Using damp/wet cloth to clean the remote control may cause failure, so use only dry cloth to clean the remote control.
Maintenance & protection
Before cleaning please make sure the power is switched off and the plug has been disconnected from socket. Wipe away the dust and dirt on the machine, keep the product clean and away from high temperature, damp places, if you do not use the machine over a long period of time, please use a dust cover to prevent it from getting dusty.
