These extendable poles can be used for either sking or hiking and the are extendable so are suitable for all ages
EXTRAS: These pole are extendable so anyone can use them. You receive a carry bag plus walking feet and baskets for skiing.
INFORMATION: Adjust the pole using the black adapters on the poles the directions on the pole will tell you which direction to turn to tighhten or release for extention or to colaspe.
COLOUR: This product comes in every colour as long as it is blue.
NOTE: If you don't tighten the height adapters tight enough you will find that the height will slip when a full load is placed one the poles.
